Intro Appointment

Objectives

There are quite a few things that need to get done before you can continue with us. We've compacted them into a single meeting for your convenience.

• Reading and signing contracts and agreements
• Understanding our policies and procedures
• Recording information about your industry experience
• Completing basic body measurements for clothing and accessories
• Completing detailed measurements for profile building and future model selection purposes
• Submitting 'applications' (samples) to certain optional specialties
• Review of your choice to make a public profile or keep it application-only (latter is default)
• Review your right to pull all public data immediately and delete our files (as soon as the law permits)
• Review of processes and advice

You do not need to prepare to answer questions. All you need to do is be physically prepared.

Clerical

1. Identity verification. We need one or preferably two pieces of government-issued identification to prove who you are, when you were born, and your residency. Photos of the documents and of you with the documents will be taken, and the details will be filled in a form. Photocopies or photos of documents are not accepted.
2. Contract review. We will go over the contract that governs our relationship, including your right to terminate it at any time without consequence, and sign it.
3. Consent to participate. We will read and sign the consent to participate in an adult scene form (SP-02). Though this scene will not be published, we will be taking photos, so we need to sign this form. Note that we will NOT sign the model release form (SP-03), which means we have no right to distribute anything created without your additional explicit consent.
4. Acknowledgement of obligation to inform of health conditions. We will read and sign a form that contains an acknowledgement that you are obligated to inform us of any health issues relevant to the nature of this work.
5. Release of liability. This form releases us of liability for anything that happens in the process, but does NOT (among other things): (a) revoke your RIGHT to withdraw consent, (b) waive liability for negligence or sexual misconduct, (c) contain an arbitration clause.
6. Non-disclosure agreement. We will read and sign this form that binds you, our employee/contractor, and our company as a whole to not disclose any personally identifying information about you or the employee/contractor. You may opt out of this form or request one with a modified scope.
7. Review of the shoot inspection procedure. We will review the procedure that has maintained our zero-infection rate over the years. This is, in some form, the procedure you will follow before your scenes. We will not conduct this procedure for this appointment as it is costly and unnecessary for the intro, but we can demonstrate portions upon request.
8. Verbal consent statements. We will read consent statements to permit the questions, measurements, photographs, and optional additional measurements.

Basic Clothing Measurements

• Photo set for your profile
• Measure head, neck, shoulders, arms, torso, inseam, outseam, and legs
• Record height, weight, and shoe size

Detailed Measurements

• Additional photo sets for your profile
• Additional measurements of neck, shoulders, arms, waist, underbust circumference, elevation of waist and hips, gluteal projection, circumferences of legs, and lengths of feet.
• A few additional measurements, discussed and customized during document reviews
• Opt-in only: tests, sample clips, and measurements for various niche/fetish categories

Other General Information

• We offer a somewhat limited time slot selection at a rented location provided by us, as we need to fill 3-4 models into one day of space rental. Rented spaces range from photo studio space to empty commercial buildings to hotel rooms. All spaces will be private, have a restroom, and are accessible by public transit. After the clerical session, please feel free to make conversation with your technician to help the time pass more quickly.
• Records from this session will never be published. With your explicit authorization and signature on a form *after* the meeting, we will use some of the images (head shot and undergarment photos) and measurements (height, weight, hair color, eye color, race, bust, waist, hips, bra) to create your profile. You can choose to make it public (requires yet another signature on a separate, notarized document) or to authorize us to send it to production companies when you specifically request that we do in an application to a production. You ALWAYS have full control over this profile.
• Some of the opt-in measurements for the additional niche/fetish categories may require you to confirm you'd like to participate at least 24 hours before your appointment. When we schedule your appointment, we'll tell you which categories this applies to. Of course, you may opt-out at the time of the appointment. Otherwise, you may opt into any category at any time before the end of the meeting. Some of the categories carry additional cash incentives or reimbursement for materials used.
• We typically schedule a minimum of 2 hours for the base of the appointment. Depending on the number of additional tests/clips/measurements you opt in for, the meeting could last as long as 4 or 5 hours. Some models will be asked to start with a very basic measurement list (these models will be given the opportunity to complete the entire list after working with us on one or two contracts), in which case we will schedule 1 hour for the entire meeting.
• We typically send one person to the appointment. If it makes you feel more comfortable, you are welcome bring someone to observe the session. Note that they will also need to sign all of the forms and bring 2 pieces of government-issued identification.
• This intro meeting is not part of the application process, but it is required to continue with us. If we are unable to complete the session and you elect not to reattempt or reschedule, we will completely delete your file (though you are still welcome to re-apply).
• You may request, at ANY time, that we delete all of your information. It will be pulled from public view immediately, with proper deletion as soon as the law allows (federal law 18 U.S.C. § 2257 mandates we keep records for 7 years after production, so if you have published scenes, they will be pulled but we will retain regulatory information).
