We will not contact any references unless you verbally request and authorize us to do so in person. Applications are denied only if we are not confident that you have entered truthful information.
Do this application on a computer, not your phone! For greater efficiency, consider scrolling towards the end of the form and taking/locating the requested photos *before* you start filling this out. We suggest you read the model pathway and the next steps after you submit your application. Expect one of three things within 5 business days of submission: (1) an approval containing your model ID, a request for your consent to create an internal profile, a follow-up questionnaire, and a request to schedule your intro appointment, (2) a request for additional information before we make a decision on your application, or (3) a denial due to our inability to verify the information in your application.
Please note that this is not an application for employment. Work with us is on a contract basis, which allows flexibility and reduces clerical burden on everyone. This also means we do not need your social security number at this time, and we will not file form I-9.
