• See our notes on meeting your scene partners in advance (tldr: we recommend you at least meet with your partners on your own time before the shoot day, though this is not required nor expected)
• Make sure you are well hydrated and well rested
• For anal scenes, keep a high-fiber diet (avoid processed foods, sugar substitutes, cheeses, spicy foods, and oily foods) for the 24 hours leading up to the scene, and consider giving yourself an enema the night before and morning of
• For vaginal scenes, consider douching yourself (or show up early and have us do it for you) if your groin is creamy or otherwise 'off'
• Consider doing Kegel exercises the night before and morning of
• Groom yourself, including your private areas, as you normally would or as agreed upon for the scene
• Take a long shower, thoroughly cleaning every part of your body
• Use moisturizer after the shower
• Wear clean clothes
• Brush your teeth thoroughly (flossing first), scrape/brush your tongue, and use mouthwash
• Do your makeup as you would like, or as agreed upon for the shoot
• Bring at least two pieces of government-issued ID
• Bring a recent (within 2 weeks) STI/STD test (shoot-dependent)
• Pack any outfits or accessories necessary for the scene
• Pack water and snacks, though they are often provided
• Bring your own condoms (if applicable and if you do not trust company-provided), lubricant, and wet wipes
• Be on time or early. You'll be notified if you are to show up earlier for pre-shoot procedures

For a standard shoot (this varies greatly depending on the shoot, so you'll be sent a scene-specific breakdown before the shoot date): You'll typically show up at least 1-2 hours before the true shooting starts. You'll start with paperwork for 20-30 minutes, move on to health & safety compliance/inspections for 30-40 minutes, and finish preparing yourself for the first part of the shoot (10-20 minutes). For the first part of the shoot, you'll have solo stills taken. Next, depending on the type of scene, you'll shoot stills with any partner(s). Finally, the actual scene with be shot piece by piece. Typically the hardcore video will be shot first, then hardcore stills will be taken, followed by any softcore videos and stills. Needing multiple takes is normal; no scene is shot with a single take of each shot.
